This great small company has been in the family for generations and is on the precipice of significant transformation.  We need a strong accounting and finance leader to take the reins and drive the back-office solutions of this profitable small business. 

 

As the controller you will be responsible for:

 

• Leading transactional and GL system transformation
• Identifying and leading process improvement initiatives
• Owning general ledger integrity
• Creating and driving budgeting and forecasting processes
• Managing payroll, A/R, A/P and other transactional processes
• Creating valuable insight for the owners through reporting solutions
• Uplifting and supporting the back-office
