Small highly profitable organization with long-standing reputation is hiring an Accounting Assistant due to growth to work closely with the Controller. This Controller is an exceptional leader who will empower you to take full ownership of Accounts Receivable /  Billing, and other accounting and bookkeeping duties, while helping this company reach its full potential as the company continues to grow.

 

• Join a team of positive, hard-working individuals who are having fun taking this company from good to great.
• Take ownership for QuickBooks entries and reconciliations. No accounting degree is required but you will need to have an excellent foundational knowledge of debits and credits.
• Own all aspects of Accounts Receivable and Client Billing as you ensure that all partners are billed appropriately and jobs are coded appropriately into the general ledger
• Work closely with project managers, construction superintendents and be a key piece of this company’s busy office; this is a great role for a relationship builder!
