Part-Time Accounts Payable Vendor Management

Fantastic opportunity to work part-time for one of Omaha’s top companies! This position has a high level of importance in the organization, and is well respected by the leader in the department. The ideal candidate will work 5 hours a day, Monday through Friday; with tremendous flexibility on when those hours are worked. Perfect opportunity for someone needing to drop kids off and pick them up from school or at a point in your career that 25-30 hours a week is the ideal amount. If flexibility and part-time are important, this position could be a fit for you!

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Initial set-up and maintenance of AP vendors
  • Requesting W-9 and ACH documentation
  • Research and correct failed payments
  • Communicate with all levels of the organization for payment approvals  

Qualifications:

  • Accounts Payable experience
  • Very detail oriented
  • Customer service attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
