Manufacturing Controller

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership for P&L and balance sheet including monthly close, financial reporting and managing a couple of wonderful accounts payable and receivable accountants.

 

• Review cost accounting and variance analysis activities; partnering closely with plant operations to improve operational efficiency, supply chain, logistics and inventory

 

• Work closely with the operations function to constantly focus on process improvement and continuous improvement

 

• Lead all budgeting, forecasting, strategy and analysis activities; working hand in hand with sales, marketing and business development to play a key role in business growth and expansion

 

• Ensure that all aspects of payroll are handled efficiently and accurately including all payroll processing, taxes, deductions, garnishments and W-2s
