- Play a key role monitoring agriculture, commodity, cattle and futures markets and reporting trends to leaders
- Take ownership for special projects directly from the executive team and analyze potential acquisitions, new market endeavors and strategic business initiatives
- Work closely with the operations team and understand, at the core, how the business makes money and serves customers, allowing you to remain connected to the heartbeat of the company when you are a leader some day
- You will be groomed to be promoted into a leadership role within 1-2 years of hire, allowing you to experience rapid growth and make an impact early on in your tenure
