Respected Omaha company is creating this new position due to many years of sustained growth and profitability.  This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced audit professional to step into a broad role allowing you to partner with leaders across the company to enhance their processes to protect the company from risk as they continue to expand in a position that will constantly evolve for many years into the future, allowing you to always stay intellectually challenged.

 

• Partner with the leadership team here in Omaha to evaluate internal controls, processes, procedures and evaluate risk
• Travel quarterly to district and field locations to partner with local leaders to coach them through the processes of setting up better controls and processes
• Work on numerous special projects, allowing you to get pulled into financial analysis, accounting, M&A due diligence and operational analytics initiatives that will stretch your competencies and allow you to consistently make an impact
• Work for a company that is doing some exciting things with technology as you will be cut loose to fully utilize Power BI in this position
• Work with the leadership team to set quarterly objectives and help write your yearly scorecard, so you always have a say in how success will be defined in your role
