Steadily growing Omaha-based services firm with a passionate focus on quality and client service is searching for an experienced accounting leader to join their team on a part-time basis.  This is a leadership role, allowing you to collaborate with the Founder of this business, train / mentor junior employees and play a part in this firm’s strategic growth in the years ahead.

 

• Lead a team of experienced accounting professionals who handle client accounting, tax planning & preparation,  and bookkeeping services for local businesses
• Play a lead role in client meetings - you will often be the “face” of this firm and will have the opportunity to build lasting, meaningful relationships with local business owners and leaders
• This firm has grown briskly over the past several years, having acquired a handful of smaller firms and via a steady stream of referrals from satisfied customers…you will have the opportunity to help them continue to expand as a key member of the leadership team
• Take personal ownership for the most complex, high profile clients and act in a review capacity to more junior staff
