Key Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of budgeting, financial reporting, investments and accounting
• Partner with the Director and Finance Committee on process improvement initiatives to continue to keep this department running smoothly
• Interact with executives in development, marketing, operations and human resources
• Play a key role in the management team, helping set and guide company strategy
