Experienced bookkeeper and office manager for a longtime Hemphill client is being promoted into a new position, opening up an excellent opportunity for a smart, detailed, dedicated professional to join the team in a very important position.  This is an excellent role for someone who has “dabbled” in accounting work or someone who just completed an Associates or Bachelor’s degree in accounting who wants more in-depth training with opportunity to grow into a larger role in the future.

 

Within your first year on the job, you will receive excellent training in all aspects of bookkeeping including:

 

• Payroll processing and timekeeping
• Accounts payable, processing, problem solving and working with vendors
• Accounts receivable, client billing and invoicing
• Account reconciliations and deposits
