Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Review vendor and purchase order information for accuracy and process all accounts payable for the company - 50-100 invoices per week
• Account reconciliations and sales tax review
• Think outside the box - you will have autonomy to come up with and implement new ways to improve efficiency and automate processes
• Back up other accounting functions and cross train with your co-workers in Payroll and Billing while they back you up as well
