• Take ownership for accounts payable processing, coding and reporting in a busy office where no two days will be the same
• Ensure the accuracy of allocations and vendor account administration and maintain company credit card accounts
• Audit expense forms, handle weekly check runs and build relationships with vendors and internal staff
• Cross train with other members of the accounting staff so every member of the team can take days off without feeling like the work is piling up behind them
