Accounting Transformation Lead - HEMPHILL EXCLUSIVE

Our client is embarking on a significant transformation of its accounting processes and seeks a high caliber accounting professional to lead this endeavor.    Averaging an acquisition every 18 months for the past 10 years, it’s time to get efficient!  If you love process improvement, process transformation, and know accounting…we need to talk. 

 

This position will keep you hopping…however, typically within a 40 hour work week.  Main buckets of responsibility:

 

• 50%  Process Improvement Initiatives - start with the low hanging fruit and go from there
• 30%  Month End Close Activities - review entries and recons, financial reporting, etc.
• 20%  Team mentoring, supervision, guidance, project assignment
