Responsibilities

• All aspects of Accounts Payable including opening the mail, coding invoices to the general ledger, cutting checks and interacting with vendors as needed
• Work with technicians to understand the services that they provide to customers, and attach job cost to the customer in their accounting software
• Assist with office administrative activities - this is a small company so everyone pitches in together to answer the phones, greet customers and do whatever is necessary to get the job done!
