• Cross train with the Controller and when you are ready, take Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Accounting reconciliations on as you free up the Controller to be strategic and partner more actively with the executive team
• Over time, you will take on more aspects of accounting, allowing you to see the whole picture and play an important role in this company’s growth path
• As the company grows, you will have the ability to grow your career in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Accounting, Payroll or other functions depending on your career passions and interests
