A permanent and fractional opportunity awaits a seasoned Tax Accountant to join an A+ organization who values work-life balance and flexibility. A Tax Accountant whose experience lends itself to both direct and indirect tax is the ideal combination of skill and expertise. This unique position will bring complex analysis, critical thinking, and subject matter expertise to a collaborative group within the finance team. Reporting to senior leadership, the Fractional Tax Accountant will have high visibility and exposure to a multi-faceted team in various business units across the organization. The Fractional Tax Accountant will contribute to all variances of tax specialization including but not limited to:
- Corporate Income Tax
- Payroll Taxes
- State and Local Tax
- Sales & Use Tax
- Property Tax
- Capital Gains Taxes
- Excise Tax
As a trusted advisor, subject matter expert, and strategic contributor, the Fractional Tax Accountant will seek out opportunities to improve process, streamline efficiency and utilize financial systems with accurate and timely reporting.
This is a rewarding role for an excellent communicator with a high degree of focus and proficiency who excels in seasons of ambiguity.

Dave grew up in Glendale, Arizona where he had a lot of fun and success as a competitive long-distance swimmer. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from DeVry University in Phoenix, then entered the recruiting industry where he thrived. Dave moved to Fort Collins, Colorado where he led the Accounting & Finance division of a large recruiting firm for more than ten years. Dave relocated to Nebraska to be near his wife Melissa’s family and is proud to be deeply rooted in Nebraska and a Cornhusker fan! Dave is a family man who also loves the outdoors, so you might find him hunting, fishing, camping or working with Melissa and their three sons on their small farm.
